Each customer’s data is isolated from every other customer. Access is scoped to your account’s organization at the data-access layer.

What we do with your data

  • We process your data to operate the platform: matching, drafting, compliance tooling, and the features you use.
  • We do not sell personal information.
  • We do not share personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

Where processing happens

Platform services and the service providers that process data are listed in Subprocessors.

Your controls

  • Your account can export the records you create through the platform.
  • Deleting records you no longer need follows the platform’s data lifecycle.

Agreements

A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) covering the platform’s processing is available to customers. Ask your account contact for the current version.
