Subprocessors

These are the third-party providers that may process customer data to operate the platform:

Fly.io	Backend application hosting
Vercel	Frontend hosting and delivery
Anthropic	AI processing (parsing, matching, and drafting models)
OpenAI	AI processing (embeddings for semantic matching)
Stripe	Payment processing

Some supporting services (document scanning and log management components) run on GovConHouse-managed infrastructure rather than third parties.

This list changes only when we add or remove a provider. Contract terms cover each provider’s processing.
