Section titled “Retention”- Records stay for as long as your account uses the platform, subject to your agreement.
- Retention and deletion follow the platform’s data lifecycle, applied per organization.
Deletion
Section titled “Deletion”- Deleting records you no longer need is supported through the platform.
- Deletion is scoped to your organization; it cannot touch another customer’s data.
Backups and deletion
Section titled “Backups and deletion”Deleted data ages out of backups on the normal backup cycle. For a specific retention or deletion timeline under your agreement, ask your account contact.
